scaffolding Security
Total protection for your scaffolding project
24/7 Remote monitoring and security response
Nationwide delivery and installation
Battery and solar powered solutions requiring no on site power
Scaffold security is absolutely vital to prevent access onto scaffolding and other work platforms.
The presence of a scaffold can of course offer intruders the opportunity to access a building at less secure points but by far the greatest risk is from falls from height due to unauthorised access by the public and these frequently involve children and can result in major or sometimes fatal injuries.
Total Scaffold Protection from Site Guardian
Site Guardian scaffold protection systems are designed to operate stand alone with onboard battery power or if required mains powered for longer deployment. Systems can be wireless or wired and they can be self monitored or connected to our in house Control Room. Systems can be detection only, visually verified detection, or HD CCTV depending on the application.
PID’S and Wireless Detection Systems
Guardian 360 PID’s are stand alone battery powered units that can be deployed at the scaffold base to act as the main control hub for a network of wireless detection units which can also incorporate on board incident video cameras.
Each 360 Control Unit unit is equipped with a blue warning strobe and a 105dB audible challenge in the event of an activation to deter any potential intruders and additional wireless sirens can be also deployed across the scaffold structure if required
Hard Wired Detection & CCTV Systems
If your scaffold project has access to mains power then we can install hardwired detection and or HD CCTV which can often offer a very cost effective solution for longer scaffold projects.
Detectors and or CCTV cameras can be deployed around the scaffold and wired back to a secure central location for off site transmission and viewing.
Systems can also incorporate additional sirens across the scaffold if required.
We Detect and Deter
All of our systems are designed to automatically trigger their onboard 110dB sirens and flashing strobe lights as an initial warning and the systems then also send intrusion and video information to our dedicated Control Room facility to allow our operators to quickly and effectively identify the nature of the threat.
Genuine intrusion events are further dealt with by issuing direct audio challenges to the site as well as sending Mobile Response Officers to directly deal with the incident and all of this is included as standard for all of our monitored systems.
